Shipping Method & Delivery Times

At Scribe & Sign, we primarily ship domestically using Evri. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to Evri's standard delivery times, typically 2-4 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the size of the product.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of the products in your order. Rates may vary, but you'll be able to see the shipping cost at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier, Evri, to deliver it. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact Evri directly to file a claim. If Evri confirms your package is lost, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

No Responsibility for Shipping Issues

Scribe & Sign is not responsible for any issues related to delayed, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
